“I arrived at Guatemala City airport at 2PM. There is a shuttle that leaves every hour to Antigua – the desk is inside the airport after passport control. It cost around $15 – $25 (US) and took 1 hour. It was very safe and easy, and the staff spoke perfect English.

You can also take an Uber from $30USD

The shuttle from Antigua to San Pedro took 3 – 4 hours, and cost $16 – $20 (US) or 120 – 150 Quetzales.”

First shuttle leaves from Antigua – 2:00 PM
Second shuttle leaves from Antigua – 4:00 PM
Third shuttle leaves from Antigua – 4:20 PM

Directions to Orbita by Shuttle only (4 hours total) – from Airport

Take a shuttle from the airport booth to Antigua (1 hour). Take a second shuttle from Antigua to San Pedro La Laguna (3 hrs, 30 min). You will be dropped off on the same street we are located on. Turn around, head back toward the “dock” intersection and continue going straight. Look for yellow Orbita Spanish School sign on the right (2 min walking).

Directions To Orbita by Shuttle and Boat (4 hours total) – from Airport

Take a shuttle from the airport booth to Antigua (1 hour). Take a second shuttle from Antigua to Panajachel, it cost around $15 US (3 hrs). Walk down to dock, take Lancha (boat) to San Pedro La Laguna, it cost around $5 US or 25-50 Quetzales (35 min). Exit boat, walk up street and take your First right. Walk 3 minutes and look for yellow Orbita Spanish School sign on the right.
